That’s so interesting. I had to actually look up solipsism to be sure of my reaction to it as a negative thing. I was only trying to communicate the frustration of always being in one’s own head. Do you ever have that? You just wish you could think a different way or see differently, react differently… just be somebody else for a tiny bit. It would be so refreshing.

I occasionally get like this and the only cure is to ring someone, go for a walk,, anything to get outside your head
