A couple of weeks ago, I wrote a post about how frustrated I was with my attempts at photographing birds with my phone. I mentioned looking for a little camera I used to have. My lovely husband found it for me and charged the battery and I have had the pleasure of using it. It definitely makes things easier. Here are some shots.

these are delightful, Worms: my first published poem was about wattle birds; I’ll see if I can find it 🙂

would you believe I’ve saved roughly 95% of my poems but ‘Wattle Birds’ seems to have flown the coop 😦 who knows: it may fly unexpectedly back 🙂

Hooray, you and your little camera did a great job, especially on that wattle bird as they don’t hang around.

Thanks. That little tree is right near our backdoor so the photo is through glass. I didn’t have to let him know I was there. Yes.. they’re quick aren’t they?

I must say the tree is my favorite in this gallery but I love birds as my apartment proves.
