I almost tripped over this one! When I did see it, I was surprised how tame it was. In retrospect I can’t help wondering if it was the magpie we rescued 7.5 years ago when it was a chick. It probably wasn’t. But it’s nice to dream.
I have heard that they can. I saw a youtube video of one imitating a fire engine siren during the bushfires in the summer of 19/20. I guess it was real. 🙂
