It’s high summer evening under the table a citronella candle wickers and oozes a sharp, sweet scent supposed to keep the mozzies off. I ask him if he liked boarding school. He says it was fantastic. Really?! I pick up a curled leaf from our shading tree and place it on the plaited metal and take a photo past it to the red-orange glow. What is the photo of? Arranged like our memories - things we look past and ones we focus on.

This photo reminded me of a photo I took myself which had its own associated memory.

Oh yes. There’s her. And I heard about another chick from Edith Piaf. Joan Arigrette Arianne. Beautiful name.

It it is free flowing like when you let your mind just go. The last stanza pulls us back to an unexpected conclusion. Love it. Almost like a Tarantino scene.

What a cool qua-winkiedink (coincidence) about the photos!
If only there would come a time we can take photos of our minds memories.
